Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Senior AI & Intelligent Automation Developer to help drive digital transformation initiatives through the power of automation and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization. You will work at the intersection of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that create measurable business impact.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities, and define automation strategies.
- Develop intelligent automations by integrating with AI/ML models, APIs, OCR platforms, and NLP services, including technologies such as Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, and Google Cloud services.
- Build and implement AI-driven solutions that improve process efficiency, predictive capabilities, and decision-making.
- Develop hybrid automation solutions leveraging tools such as Power Automate, Python frameworks, and other emerging technologies.
- Utilize AI techniques for data analysis, predictive modeling, intelligent document processing, and conversational experiences.
- Implement automation best practices related to architecture, exception handling, security, monitoring, and logging.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and support production deployments.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise automation standards, governance frameworks, and reusable components.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills
- Proven experience developing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, including Studio, Orchestrator, and attended/unattended bots.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation solutions with AI/ML services, OCR engines, APIs, and NLP platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience designing and implementing AI algorithms and intelligent workflows.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL and NoSQL databases, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of automation design standards, security principles, exception handling, and enterprise governance practices.
- Experience with additional automation platforms such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere is highly desirable.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning within the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in UiPath development and enterprise automation delivery.
- Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, OCR, NLP, chatbots, conversational AI, or intelligent document processing solutions.
