• Apply specialized knowledge in utility infrastructure project management, including oversight of program and project controls, financial planning, documentation management, contract administration, and construction supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, workflows, and processes to align with organizational objectives, including Project Managers and Stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain templates, reports, and dashboards to facilitate project tracking, monitoring, and reporting, along with developing and delivering training materials, documentation, and resources.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, team members, and other important parties ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with utility infrastructure projects to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Experience using project management software Primavera P6 for scheduling, planning, and managing large, complex projects is a must.
• Strong proficiency in cost management tools such as Excel, SAP, or similar is required.
