• Financial Management of project: establish and manage project budgets, maintain quarterly forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Manage deliverables and daily progress of multiple projects of varying complexity at the any given time.
• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
• Lead design reviews and project adherence to technical specification criteria.
• Coordinate any necessary due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients and/or end users, maintaining and delivering all appropriate documentation.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule; actively track each aspect of the project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Lead the design and execution process while providing guidance to the client, architects, consultants and GC.
• Assist in selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define project strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with a strong attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in construction management, preferably managing technical MEP systems
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software such as Procore.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
